Job summary

Conack in Cork is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a residential construction project from design through handover. You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in construction project management, a degree in construction management or engineering, and a proven track record delivering residential projects in Ireland.

• Experience delivering residential construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Strong organisation and leadership skills.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality residential development, taking full ownership from design through to completion while working with an ambitious and growing team.
