Job summary

BSS Contract Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a public-sector school project in Cork City. You will lead the site team, manage the programme, coordinate with consultants and the client, and ensure quality and timely delivery on a major Irish main contractor project.

The role requires strong leadership, robust construction management, and excellent stakeholder engagement across public-sector interfaces. Cork City location with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience with a main contractor.
• Public-sector construction experience would be advantageous, but strong candidates from other sectors will be considered.
• Strong construction management, programming and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management ability.
• Relevant construction, engineering or related third-level qualification preferred.

PROJECT MANAGER Location: North Monastery, Cork City Salary: €90,000 - €105,000 Project: Public-sector school project in Cork City. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Irish main contractor on a public-sector school project in Cork City.
