Job summary

Anord Mardix in Dundalk, Ireland, is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate engineering activities across Sales, Design, Fabrication, and Supply Chain for LV/MV switchgear and modular solutions. You will act as the technical liaison to ensure compliant, deliverable designs and timely information flow.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of BS/IEC standards, and travel within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in LV/MV Switchgear, Busduct or UPS.
• Relevant 3rd level or electrical trade qualification.
• Experience with AutoCAD software.
• Good knowledge of BS/IEC standards for switchgear.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with sales and tender teams to ensure technical compliance.
• Provide technical expertise on product ranges.
• Turn tenders into deliverable designs with design engineering teams.
• Coordinate engineering design programmes.
• Liaise with procurement to ensure materials availability.
• Act as technical point of contact for live projects.
