Job summary

Vertiv Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Team Lead with engineering/MEP background to lead a dedicated PM team on busbar and electrical distribution projects in data centres.

You will drive project delivery, manage client relationships, and balance engineering, production planning, and commercial priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role combines leadership with hands-on project accountability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) preferred.
• Experience with data centre or MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers.
• Own delivery of busbar projects across MEP and data centres.
• Maintain delivery visibility with the Project Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate with Engineering, BIM, Production Planning, Commercial, and Site Deployment teams.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and changes.
