Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to provide oversight across a broad portfolio of engineering and infrastructure programmes. The role focuses on governance, delivery assurance and improving visibility to senior leadership.

You will work with project managers and technical teams to monitor progress, budgets and risks, while producing portfolio reporting and insights to drive better decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in project delivery, programme management, PMO or project controls within engineering, construction, infrastructure or utilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, project controls, budgeting and delivery assurance.
• Experience producing project reporting, dashboards and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence project teams and senior leadership.
• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience working on large-scale capital or infrastructure projects would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating governance meetings and ensuring actions, decisions and reporting requirements are effectively managed.
• Working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to improve consistency, collaboration and delivery performance.
• Supporting the implementation of project controls, governance frameworks and best practice methodologies.
• Identifying opportunities to improve project execution, reporting and delivery processes.
• Building strong relationships across the organisation to support the successful delivery of strategic programmes.
