Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Cost Controller for on-site work at client sites in Madrid, Spain. You will support cost and schedule reporting, integrate with engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will develop cost reports, dashboards, and SOVs, coordinating with PMs and procurement to ensure data integrity and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related technical field, construction management, or applicable experience.
• 3-6 years of professional experience.
• Aptitude to broaden knowledge of EPCQ processes in Pharma/Biotech.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Experience with data management tools (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI).
• Excellent collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to work towards PMI, AACEI or other industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the PM, Discipline Leads, and Engineers to ensure accurate reporting across project platforms.
• Coordinate with the team to understand and contribute to estimates used in bid package budgeting.
• Provide support for PNR and BRR updates and maintain report accuracy across systems.
• Manage budget comparison tools and systems with the PM and Procurement Manager.
• Translate bid breakdowns into SOVs and understand contract scopes.
