Job summary

RAD Search, in partnership with a leading architectural practice in Dublin, invites an Associate Architect to join a growing studio in a senior role focused on project delivery and team leadership across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

The role requires extensive experience delivering projects in Ireland, a solid understanding of planning regulations and RIAI work stages, and a track record of guiding design teams from concept through construction.

RAD Search are delighted to be partnering with a leading architectural practice in Dublin as they look to appoint an Associate Architect to their expanding studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect to join a well-established practice in a senior position, taking on a key role in project delivery, team leadership and the continued growth of the business.

The Role

Working closely with the Directors, you will lead projects from concept through to completion across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. You will manage project teams, coordinate consultants, maintain strong client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of projects across all RIAI Work Stages.

This role is suited to an experienced Architect who enjoys leading people as well as projects and is looking to take on greater responsibility within a growing practice, with genuine opportunities to progress into a wider leadership position.

The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering projects within Ireland and a strong understanding of the Irish planning system, building regulations and the RIAI work stages. You will have a proven track record of delivering residential and commercial projects, particularly through the planning stages and into technical design and construction.

You will be a confident client-facing professional with experience leading design teams and mentoring junior staff. Commercial awareness, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in contributing to the long-term success of the practice are essential. This opportunity is well suited to someone who wants to combine technical excellence with team leadership and play an active role in the future direction of the business.

Software

Revit proficiency is preferred.

Salary

€80,000 – €95,000
