Job summary

eir business talent is seeking a Programme Manager for Azure Cloud Migration & Transformation in Dublin–hybrid. You will lead large-scale enterprise cloud programmes from strategy to execution, overseeing governance, migration waves and multi-vendor delivery.

You will engage with executive stakeholders, manage budgets and drive value realisation across Azure landing zones, infrastructure migration and data platform transformation.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years IT experience, incl. 8+ years managing large transformation programmes.
• Proven enterprise-scale Azure Cloud Migration delivery experience.
• Strong governance, financial management and RAID/reporting capability.
• Experience leading multi-vendor, offshore, nearshore and onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Azure Cloud Migration and Transformation programmes.
• Establish governance, KPIs, operating models and executive reporting frameworks.
• Define Azure migration roadmaps, lead portfolio assessments and cutover strategies.
• Lead Azure Landing Zone setup, cloud foundation implementation and migrations.
• Engage CIO/CTOs, architects, security teams and business stakeholders; escalate risks.
