Job summary

The Rehab Group is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes, including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Property and Finance transformations. You will report to the Director of Corporate Affairs and coordinate with senior leaders across the group in a hybrid work model.

The role requires governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation, risk management and effective delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree qualification in Business, IT, Project Management, Finance, Operations Management or related discipline.
• PRINCE2/MSP/PMP certifications preferred.
• Change Management certification desirable.
• Minimum 7 years' experience leading complex transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic transformation programmes including P2P, Property and Finance transformations.
• Collaborate with SLT, CIO, Finance, Procurement, Property, Operations, HR and Corporate Services leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional programme teams and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, budgets and resources.

Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months, 39 hours per week

Salary starting from €72,359 to €97,897, based on Qualifications and Experience.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, the Programme Manager will lead the delivery of a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes across Rehab Group. The initial focus will include the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Transformation Programme, Property Transformation Programme and Finance Transformation Programme, while supporting the delivery of other strategic initiatives aligned to the Group Strategy.

The role is responsible for establishing programme governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation, risk management and successful delivery across multiple workstreams. The Programme Manager will work with SeniorLeadership Team, Directors, operational leaders, external partners and suppliers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Minimum Education & Experience required:

• Third-level degree qualification in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Programme or Project Management certification such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Change Management certification desirable.
• Minimum 7 years' experience leading complex business transformation programmes in a complex organisation.

• Work closely with the SLT, CIO, Finance, Procurement, Property, Operations, HR and Corporate Services leadership teams.
