Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Lead for a major FCA regulatory redress programme in Ireland. You will drive day-to-day delivery, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure milestones and regulatory commitments are achieved while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

You will chair governance forums, maintain the integrated programme plan, and present updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant programme delivery experience within financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programmes with executive visibility.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery experience in programmes.
• Experience managing programme risks, dependencies, issues and timelines.
• Confident in chairing programme forums and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

About Your New Employer

They are currently delivering a major FCA regulatory redress programme and are looking for an experienced Programme Delivery Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of this high-profile programme.

About Your New Job

As Programme Delivery Lead, you will take a central role in driving the successful delivery of a major regulatory programme.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and regulatory commitments are achieved while proactively managing risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.

You will:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of a complex, multi-workstream regulatory programme.

• Own and maintain the integrated programme plan, including dependencies, resources and critical path activities.

• Chair programme working groups and other governance forums.

• Prepare and present updates to Steering Committees and senior executive stakeholders.

• Coordinate delivery across PMO, policy and regulatory, customer communications, operations, data and analytics, technology, calculations and customer operations.

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, programme sponsors and workstream leads.

This is a highly visible role where you will be at the centre of programme delivery, bringing together multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the programme achieves its objectives.

What Skills You Need

We are looking for an experienced programme delivery professional with a strong background in regulatory change, remediation or transformation.

You will ideally have:

• Significant programme delivery experience within financial services, banking, consumer finance or another regulated environment.

• A proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programmes with executive visibility.

• Strong programme governance, planning and delivery experience.

• Experience managing programme risks, dependencies, issues and critical timelines.

• Confidence chairing programme forums and influencing senior stakeholders.

Ideally, You Will Also Have:

• Experience delivering FCA-led remediation or redress programmes.

• Knowledge of consumer credit or related regulatory frameworks.

• Experience with customer remediation, complaints or operational transformation.

• Experience delivering data-driven remediation programmes involving customer communications, calculations and operational delivery.

• A consulting or professional services background.
