Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Lead for a major FCA regulatory redress programme in Ireland. You will drive day-to-day delivery, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure milestones and regulatory commitments are achieved while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

You will chair governance forums, maintain the integrated programme plan, and present updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant programme delivery experience within financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programmes with executive visibility.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery experience in programmes.
• Experience managing programme risks, dependencies, issues and timelines.
• Confident in chairing programme forums and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of a complex, multi-workstream regulatory programme.
• Own and maintain the integrated programme plan with dependencies and resources.
• Chair programme working groups and governance forums; report to steering committees.
• Coordinate delivery across PMO, policy, regulatory, operations, data, technology and customer ops.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and workstream leads.
