Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland operates before school, after school, and holiday clubs across local schools. The Programme Lead will manage a team, run daily activities on-site, and engage with children and families to ensure safe, fun, and structured programmes.

The role requires energy, reliability, and a valid car for mobility between locations. Garda vetting and references are completed prior to start, with English proficiency essential for communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references required before starting.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Additional Information

• Monday to Friday = Before school Care 7:50-8:50 then Afterschool from 1:00 -6pm
• 2 Hours additional admin time will also be provided
• Total = 33 hours a week
