Job summary

Sherpa Kids is seeking a Programme Lead in Ireland to manage before/after school and holiday clubs at local schools. You will oversee activities on-site and lead a team of childcare staff, delivering engaging, structured programmes for school-aged children.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience with school-aged children, a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification (or equivalent), strong English, Garda vetting, and references.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interact with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Lead and manage a team of childcare staff.

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
