Sherpa Kids is a global organisation providing quality care for primary school children, expanding throughout Ireland. The Programme Coordinator in Kildare (Irish Speaker) will lead a team and manage day-to-day activities at on-site clubs.
Candidates should have a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, at least 2 years’ experience with school-aged children, strong English, Garda Vetting (via us after interview) and two written references.

Job Description
Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
Own carrequiredfor programme lead
Maintain the day-to-day activities
Interacting with the children, theirfamiliesand other staff members each day.
Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
Childcare qualificationFetacLevel 5 of equivalent
Basic knowledge of child development
Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written
Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
At least 2 written references checks arerequiredbefore starting
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 7.50am to 8.50am and 2.15pm to 6pm plus 2 hours per week for administrative purpose
