Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage a team and deliver high-quality before/after school and holiday clubs in local primary schools. You will supervise day-to-day activities, support families, and ensure safe, engaging activities for school-aged children.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience with children, a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, strong English, and Garda vetting completed after interview.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Job Description
