Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland provides before and after school and holiday clubs, operating on-site at schools with structured, engaging daily activities for primary school children. The team supports families by offering high-energy care and educational play that goes beyond childcare.

Experience with school-aged children, strong English, Garda vetting, and work permit are required. References and reliability are essential as part of joining this dedicated program.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• Work Permit/VISA essential.
• At least 2 written references required before starting.
