Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage day-to-day activities, mentor a team of care staff, and engage with children and families at our school-based clubs across Ireland.

The role requires energy, reliability, and experience with school-aged children, plus a childcare qualification and Garda vetting; a car is required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
