Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead in Ireland to oversee after school and holiday clubs, coordinating on-site activities at local schools. You will lead a small team, maintain day-to-day activities, and engage with children and their families.
The role requires experience with school-aged children (min 1 year), a childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent), proficiency in English, Garda vetting, and valid references. A driving licence and own car are advantageous.

Job Description
Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
Childcare qualificationFetacLevel 5 of equivalent
Basic knowledge of child development
Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written
Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
