Vertiv Co is seeking a Program Manager for the NPDI Busbar Line of Business in Burnfoot, Ireland. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver new product development projects efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably utilizing waterfall methodologies. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools are essential.

The Program Manager is responsible and accountable for the cross-functional co‑ordination and completion of new product development and sustaining projects. These projects range in complexity that span functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures. The Program Manager coordinates the efforts of engineering, offering management, manufacturing, procurement, quality, order fulfillment, logistics, service, marketing, sales and other cross‑functional groups to optimize time to market while monitoring project and product cost, schedule and resources. The Program Manager must build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with project stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization, to ensure success of the projects.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical engineering preferred.
PMP or any other project management training preferred (not compulsory)
