Job summary

Vertiv Co in Ireland is hiring a Program Manager to lead new product development and sustaining engineering projects from concept through production within the NPDI framework.

You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, marketing, sales and operations to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standards, while advancing Busbar solutions for data centres and AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Project or Program Management.
• Experience managing NPD/NPDI projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Waterfall / Stage Gate project management methodologies.
• Strong planning and scheduling experience including Gantt charts.
• Experience with KPI reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of NPDI projects from concept through launch.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and aligned to scope.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Monitor project schedules, critical paths, milestones and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and drive timely mitigation and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior leadership and executives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Vertiv's NPDI Stage Gate process.
• Facilitate effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and business performance.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing project environment.
