Job summary

The specialist Dublin law firm is seeking a solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team to advise insurers and insured professionals on professional negligence and related claims. You will manage claims, assess liability and coverage issues, liaise with insurers, experts and counsel, and support litigation, settlements and ADR.

2+ years’ PQE, a strong PI background, and a collaborative, fast-paced approach are essential in this dynamic environment with a competitive salary package.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Professional Indemnity team, advising insurers and insured professionals on a broad range of professional negligence and insurance-related claims.

The role will involve defending claims involving legal, medical, accountancy, architecture and property professionals, providing excellent variety across the professional liability space. The successful candidate will manage claims, advise on liability and coverage issues, liaise with insurers, experts and counsel, and assist with litigation, settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
