Achuman Capital Limited is seeking a Solicitor to join a Dublin-based international law firm's Corporate Insurance team. The role involves advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, financial institutions and investors on complex insurance matters across jurisdictions.

The candidate will work on regulation, governance, outsourcing, distribution, M&A, portfolio transfers and reorganisations, with responsibilities including regulatory applications and business transformation, drafting

Qualifications

• 1+ years PQE in corporate/regulatory law, with insurance experience preferred

We are working with an international law firm based in Dublin for a Solicitor to join their Corporate Insurance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Corporate Insurance team, advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, financial institutions and investors on complex domestic and cross-border insurance matters.

The role will involve advising on insurance regulation, governance, compliance, outsourcing and distribution arrangements, as well as M&A, portfolio transfers and corporate reorganisations. The successful candidate will also support regulatory applications, business change and transformation projects, draft corporate and regulatory documentation, develop key client relationships and contribute to business development and regulatory updates.

• 1+ years’ PQE;
• Corporate/regulatory background, with insurance experience highly desirable;
