Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking experienced IT operations professionals for Dublin-based roles, with 3 days per week in the office and shift-based coverage including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. The role emphasizes incident resolution, change management, deployment coordination, and customer-focused support across fintech and banking domains.

You will work with tools like Remedy, Rally, Splunk, and Dynatrace, contributing to CI/CD and observability improvements while ensuring service reliability

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and experience in application support.
• Unix/Linux and SQL (Postgres/SQL) knowledge relevant to operations.
• Experience with ITSM processes: Change, Incident, service tickets, work orders.
• Willingness to work in shifts including mornings/afternoons and weekends.
• Exposure to monitoring tools and alerting (Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Experience in card payments/banking domain is a plus.
• PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) exposure is desirable.
• AWS services (EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda) and automation scripting are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from regional product and customer support teams.
• Coordinate with development for deployment issues and resolutions.
• Resolve incidents from operation command center alerts and monitoring tools.
• Assist with traffic routing and change tickets, CAB approvals.
• Create Confluence pages for incidents and work orders with resolutions.
• Deploy application artifacts to production within approved release windows.
• Perform root cause analysis for high severity incidents and preventive actions.
• Support UAT testing and onboarding of new customers to the platform.
