Job summary

Company Details Confidential seeks an agri-feed Production Supervisor to lead haylage and feed manufacturing on our Kildare farm. You will report to farm management and ensure HACCP, food safety and DAFM compliance while guiding the production team.

You will manage batch records, traceability, maintenance coordination and supplier logistics, driving continuous improvement and export logistics support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Food Science, or related discipline.
• Business qualification or demonstrated business acumen.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence; tractor operating licence preferred.

Job Description

Seeking agri-feed Production Supervisor to lead haylage and feed manufacturing operations at our Kildare Farm. Reporting to farm management, you will run the day to day production operations ensuring compliance with haccp, feed safety standards and Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) requirements. Supervise and train production team, manage batch records and traceability systems, coordinate machinery operation and maintenance, and liaise with suppliers on logistics. The role involves maintaining audit-ready documentation, identifying and closing compliance gaps, implementing corrective actions, driving continuous improvement, and supporting export logistics and international business development.

Requirements
