Job summary

Life Science Recruitment is seeking a Production Planner for an on-site role in County Kildare. You will bridge customer requirements with manufacturing output, outlining master schedules and coordinating with Quality Control to ensure product specs and batch records are accurate.

The role emphasizes planning accuracy, ERP system integrity, and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards, with a clear reporting line to senior management and a competitive benefits package including healthcare and pension

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in production planning.
• Demonstrable expertise in demand and forecast planning.
• Proficiency in ERP/Inventory systems and high-level Excel skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Food/FMCG preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create master production schedules aligned with customer deadlines.
• Manage work orders and ensure data integrity in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to verify formulas and batch specs.
• Generate purchase requisitions for raw materials and packaging.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain GMP and HACCP compliance at all times.
