Job summary

Kepak Group is seeking to fill a production operator position at our Athleague site in Co. Roscommon. You will join the operations team and perform line operation, packing, cleaning and distribution tasks, while maintaining safety standards and supporting production targets.

You will work within a lean manufacturing environment, following the daily plan, completing checks and reporting any equipment issues or accidents as required. Training and long-term development are supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience is beneficial.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Health & safety awareness is required.
• Good character and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work in the production area performing line operation, packing, cleaning and distribution tasks.
• Follow the daily production plan, set up the line, complete checks and ensure materials are ready for use.
• Record checks and report any breakages or equipment issues to the Line Supervisor.
• Ensure product quality remains high and report concerns promptly to the Line Supervisor.
