Stryker Ireland is seeking a production operator to execute manufacturing activities in line with SOPs and work instructions, ensuring product quality and patient safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work in empowered teams, plan and monitor activities with supervisors, and participate in continuous improvement projects while maintaining EHS and 5S standards. Prior production experience and GMP knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal reasoning, numerate ability and mechanical aptitude.
• Must have good communication skills, written, verbal.
• Previous production work experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Execute manufacturing activities in line with SOPs and work instructions.
• Plan, schedule and monitor manufacturing activities with Production Supervisors.
• Maintain EHS, Quality and Housekeeping (5S).
• Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Cross-train and operate multiple processes as required.
