Job summary

Keogh’s Crisps in Ireland is seeking a General Operative – Production for our crisp factory. The role involves working on the production line, quality control, packing and loading product for distribution, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Full training will be provided, and the position is based in Oldtown or St.

Margaret’s, with initial training in Oldtown, Co. Dublin. The role requires manual work, good teamwork and communication skills, and means a 3 days-on, 4 days-off

Qualifications

• Manual work experience is essential.
• Own transport due to limited public transport.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and set up machines.
• Quality control of products and packing for distribution.
• Report quality and safety issues and maintain housekeeping.
• Use lifting equipment and forklifts where applicable.
• Adhere to HACCP and health & safety practices.
