Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan in Meath is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in a modular construction environment. You will lead production teams, optimise processes and ensure production targets, quality standards and health and safety compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency, coordinate with procurement and logistics, and track KPIs to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar manufacturing management role.
• Strong experience in production planning, scheduling and team leadership.
• Knowledge of quality control and health and safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience in modular construction, off-site manufacturing or a related industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules and targets are achieved.
• Manage production teams, allocating resources and coordinating workloads effectively.
• Monitor productivity, quality and overall manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Track production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
