Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Project Manager for a Dublin construction project. You will lead the successful delivery, ensuring work is completed to programme, budget, quality and safety standards, coordinating site delivery activities and managing subcontractors and design teams.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of 5 years’ experience with modular or main contractors in the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction projects to programme, budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, programmes and resources.
• Coordinate site delivery activities with subcontractors, design teams and site staff.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and programme; report to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, quality systems and regulations.
• Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues to support timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
• Drive efficient delivery through planning, coordination and problem-solving.
