Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Project Manager for a Dublin construction project. You will lead the successful delivery, ensuring work is completed to programme, budget, quality and safety standards, coordinating site delivery activities and managing subcontractors and design teams.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of 5 years’ experience with modular or main contractors in the UK or Ireland.

Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of our client for a construction project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed to programme, budget, and the required quality and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, programmes, and resources to ensure projects are delivered in line with client and contractual requirements
• Lead and coordinate site delivery activities, including subcontractors, design teams, and site staff
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and programme, providing regular updates to senior management and clients
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards, quality systems, building regulations, and technical specifications
• Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues to support timely and cost-effective delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders
• Drive efficient project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and problem-solving

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a modular or main contractor in the UK or Ireland.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with modular construction experience highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to programme, budget, and required quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, design teams, and other project stakeholders.
