Job summary

FitzMac Ltd in Limerick is seeking a capable Production Foreman to supervise daily modular manufacturing activities, coordinate staff, and ensure quality and safety across the production line.

You will work with design, procurement and site teams to ensure modules are ready for delivery and handover. Previous foreman experience in modular construction and strong organisational and communication skills are desired. Salary €40,000-€45,000 and an in-person work setup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction / foreman role is desirable.
• Knowledge of modular building is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable using laptops and HR software to track holidays.
• Good communication with management and production staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure modular units are manufactured safely and efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate production staff across the factory.
• Monitor quality and workmanship to meet drawings and standards.
• Coordinate materials with purchasing and stores to minimise delays.
• Maintain health and safety standards with RAMS and PPE.
