Job summary

Vickerstock are recruiting for multiple Production Line Leader roles at a North Dublin food manufacturing site. The roles are full-time and permanent with evening and night shift opportunities, offering a competitive hourly rate.

You will oversee a production line, lead a team of operatives, ensure targets, quality, HACCP and health & safety standards, and work closely with the Production Supervisor to drive smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience within a food production/manufacturing environment.
• Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene and health & safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of food manufacturing machinery and processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and organising production operatives, allocating work and ensuring tasks are completed to schedule.
• Monitoring line flow, output and downtime to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensuring products are produced in line with company specifications, HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, allergen management and traceability.
• Ensuring safe working procedures and PPE requirements are followed at all times.
• Providing on-the-job training to production operatives on machinery, food safety, quality and safe working practices.
• Troubleshooting operational issues and working closely with Maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Monitoring production KPIs and reporting any issues or deviations to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Supporting waste reduction, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring a strong focus on quality, food safety and health & safety across the production line.

Vickerstock are currently recruiting for multiple Line Leader positions on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business based in North Dublin. There are opportunities available across evening and night shifts, making this a great opportunity for an experienced Line Leader or Supervisor looking to progress their career within food manufacturing.

The Role

As Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a production line, leading and supporting a team of production operatives while ensuring production targets, quality standards, food safety and health & safety requirements are consistently met. Working closely with the Production Supervisor and other departments, you will help ensure smooth production flow, resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement across the production area.

Key Responsibilities
