Lever, Inc. is partnering with a customer-focused Product Specialist to support PIX4Dcatch in an Ireland-based role. You’ll be the voice of the customer within the product team, troubleshooting issues and translating feedback into actionable improvements.

You’ll work with developers, UX designers, product managers, and commercial teams to ensure real-world needs are met. You will coordinate beta testing, support product adoption, and contribute to releases with clear customer communications and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years in B2B SaaS, in roles like Associate PM, Technical Support, Customer Success, or Product Operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C2).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product expert for PIX4Dcatch, investigating and resolving issues for enterprise customers.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback to product teams to guide improvements.
• Coordinate beta tests with key B2B customers and gather early feature feedback.
• Prepare communications, webinars and docs to support releases and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to explain capabilities and support complex workflows.
• Monitor usage and adoption metrics to guide data-driven decisions.
• Research market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities.
