Job summary

John Paul Construction is seeking a Reality Capture Specialist to drive adoption of our Reality Capture capability across projects and the head office. You will help implement laser scanning, model-to-site verification and digital construction workflows to improve installation quality and reduce rework.

Working with the BIM, Engineering and project teams, you will own Reality Capture standards, support project mobilization, and promote consistent delivery across regions while exploring

Qualifications

• Experience with Reality Capture technologies and point cloud workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in BIM or digital construction environments.
• Ability to collaborate across BIM, engineering and project teams.
• Interest in emerging digital construction technologies and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Reality Capture workflows across projects.
• Identify and manage deviations from coordinated BIM models.
• Develop practical construction verification reporting and best practices.
• Promote consistency of delivery across projects and regional offices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI-assisted workflows and robotics.
