Sonova Ireland is seeking a Product and Process Engineer in Tullamore to take ownership of post-launch engineering and PLM activities, coordinating changes across products, materials and manufacturing processes. You will drive structured project management in a cross-functional international environment.

With 3–5 years in manufacturing or process engineering, you will lead ECOs, manage ERP changes (SAP/JD Edwards), and apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, cost and delivery while maintaining

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process, Industrial or Product Engineering.
• Strong project management experience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects.
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP or JD Edwards advantageous.
• Highly organized, autonomous and solution-oriented with strong communication skills. German is an advantage.

• Own Engineering Change activities including ECOs and supplier notices.
