Sonova is seeking a Product and Process Engineer based in Tullamore, Ireland. You will own post-launch engineering and Product Lifecycle Management, coordinating changes across products, materials and manufacturing processes while leading cross-functional initiatives to keep projects on track.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Process, Industrial or Product Engineering, ideally in a production environment.
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with Engineering Change Management and ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards.

• Lead post-launch engineering and Product Lifecycle Management activities; coordinate changes across products, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Manage cross-functional engineering projects involving changes to products, raw materials and manufacturing processes; align stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, R&D, Procurement and other functions.
• Own and coordinate Engineering Change activities, including ECOs and supplier Product Change Notices; ensure proper documentation and ERP processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across products and manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, cost and delivery.
• Identify and lead cost-saving and Value Engineering initiatives across products and production processes.
• Maintain accurate product master data and ensure engineering changes are documented and communicated.
• Manage multiple priorities, keep teams focused on key project deliverables.
