Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Product Owner to own a roadmap, manage day-to-day operations, and drive delivery from conception to launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Data, reporting to leadership as the go-to person for your feature.

You will lead a team to define goals, measure outcomes, and prioritise ROI, while delivering outstanding UX and growth across mobile products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance roles.
• 2+ years leading consumer-facing mobile products.
• 1+ years of people management.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong UX/UI sense and design best practices.
• High analytical ability with ROI-based prioritisation.
• Experience defining product vision and leading with leadership.
• Experience launching products from scratch.

About The Role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

We’re looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over a product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your feature.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
• Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
• Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
• Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
• Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
• Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products
• 1+ years of experience managing people
• Outstanding communication skills
• An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
• High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
• Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
• A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
• An entrepreneurial drive to never settle
