Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Product Owner to own a roadmap, manage day-to-day operations, and drive delivery from conception to launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Data, reporting to leadership as the go-to person for your feature.

You will lead a team to define goals, measure outcomes, and prioritise ROI, while delivering outstanding UX and growth across mobile products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance roles.
• 2+ years leading consumer-facing mobile products.
• 1+ years of people management.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong UX/UI sense and design best practices.
• High analytical ability with ROI-based prioritisation.
• Experience defining product vision and leading with leadership.
• Experience launching products from scratch.
• Able to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial drive and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Set your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals.
• Drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy.
• Own your team's products from ideation to launch, growth, and maintenance.
• Work closely with Design and UX to define customer journey and UX.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams.
