ESW in Ireland (Leinster) is seeking an experienced Product Owner to work with a key client on developing and improving our checkout solutions. You will lead market analysis, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder communication to deliver value-focused features.

You will collaborate with engineering and UX teams, support demos, and drive performance analysis post-release, with a hybrid working pattern in Dublin (North Wall) combining 2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days remotely.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize the team backlog.
• Nice-to-have: A/B testing experience and analytics knowledge.
• Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating with UX teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify new capabilities.
• Produce business cases to prioritise features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requests and updates.
• Work with Engineering to build and refine backlog.
• Clarify requirements, outcomes and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Support demos and GTM material for new deliveries.
• Track feature performance post go-live and feed roadmap.
• Support A/B testing and compile recommendations from results.
• Drive efficiency within the Scrum Team and explore improvements.
• Incorporate AI usage into daily tasks and feature development.
