Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Product Owner to shape the future of pharmacy technology. You’ll own the roadmap across 2–3 software products, turning customer needs into impactful features from concept to launch.

This role offers end-to-end ownership, a chance to work on AI-driven innovation and to expand into new markets. You’ll collaborate with customers, developers and senior stakeholders in Ireland, Dublin, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner experience, ideally with retail or customer-facing software.
• Strong backlog management and user story writing.
• Able to influence stakeholders and defend product decisions.
• Analytical mindset guiding product direction with data.
• Technically literate and able to collaborate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise product backlogs, defining clear roadmaps and goals.
• Translate customer needs into compelling user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive feature delivery from initial spec through UAT and launch.
• Align customers, developers, sales, support and leadership around priorities.
