Job summary

ESW in Ireland (Leinster) is seeking an experienced Product Owner to work with a key client on developing and improving our checkout solutions. You will lead market analysis, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder communication to deliver value-focused features.

You will collaborate with engineering and UX teams, support demos, and drive performance analysis post-release, with a hybrid working pattern in Dublin (North Wall) combining 2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days remotely.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize the team backlog.
• Nice-to-have: A/B testing experience and analytics knowledge.
• Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating with UX teams.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner. You will working with one of our key clients developing and improving our checkout solutions.

Responsibilites

• Perform ongoing market and competitor analysis to produce insights into new capabilities and features that would drive growth for our Enterprise Retailers
• Produce business cases to support the prioritisation of new capabilities and features
• Work with key Stakeholders to manage the intake of new requests and communicate updates
• Work with Engineering to build the backlog and ensure we deliver the right features
• Work with Stakeholders across multiple functions to flesh out key requirements, expected outcomes and success KPIs post release
• Support demos of new features and capabilities with our Retailers
• Produce release and GTM material for new product deliveries
• Relentlessly track feature performance post go live
• Feed improvement suggestions back into the Roadmap
• Support A/B testing of new capabilities, including producing EO models, tracking A/B test results and compiling recommendations based on test results
• Drive deliver efficiency within the Scrum Team - consistently look at areas of improvement, expedited delivery, enhanced ways of working etc
• Incorporate AI usage into daily tasks as well as feature development

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner and previous experience at a different role
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly for direct client interaction.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize the team backlog.
• Ability to bring clarity and direction to a senior engineering team.
• Comfortable working with experienced developers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have: A/B testing experience & experience working with analytics or product data.
• Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating with UX teams.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in Product Discovery
