The Panel is seeking a hands-on, technically strong Delivery Lead to drive delivery across agile payments squads for a Dublin-based, hybrid, contract role. You will own throughput, set priorities and ensure teams deliver as agreed, while remaining comfortable with design and live support when needed.

Candidates should bring a genuine technical background, deep banking payments knowledge (SEPA, Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS, ISO 20022) and 7+ years in delivery leadership within agile squads.

Payments Product Owner / Delivery Lead (Contract, Dublin)

Day-rate contract, Dublin based, hybrid.

A leading Irish bank is hiring a hands‑on, technically strong delivery lead to drive delivery across its agile payments squads. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who came up through the build and can still get into the detail, not a pure product owner role.

You’ll own throughput across the squads: matching capacity to demand, setting and holding priorities, and making sure every team delivers what it agreed, when it agreed.

You’ll be comfortable jumping into design, live support and problem-solving when a team needs it.

What you’ll bring:

• A genuine technical background (engineering, design or architecture) and hands‑on experience across the SDLC.
• Real banking‑payments domain knowledge, with exposure to SEPA, Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS and ISO 20022.
• 7+ years in delivery leadership within agile squads, strong on capacity, performance and holding teams to commitment.
