You will specialize in Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review processes, collaborating with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimise HR systems and drive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday Talent Management and Performance Management modules.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role within an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review cycles.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements and translate needs into features and user stories.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog aligned to business priorities.
• Coordinate with Agile delivery teams for design, development, testing and implementation.
• Lead Talent Review and Succession Planning initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Management Product Owner to join an HR Management Systems team. This role will focus on the strategic development, implementation and optimisation of HR technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, enhance employee experience and align HR systems and processes with business objectives.

Working within an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate with HR stakeholders, business partners and technical delivery teams to define product strategy, manage the product backlog and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.

The successful candidate will have strong experience with Workday Talent and Performance Management, particularly in Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into product features and user stories.

• Monitor delivery progress, manage dependencies and ensure product outcomes meet agreed business objectives.

• Proven experience working with Workday Talent Management and Performance Management modules.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role within an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review cycles.
• Experience in product backlog management, prioritisation and user story development.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements and actionable deliverables.
