Job summary

Grifols is seeking a skilled Operations professional to support IBP-based product planning in Dublin. You will help align portfolio changes with strategy, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and drive timely execution across Grifols Worldwide Operations.

The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder collaboration, and process standardization, with travel to other Grifols sites as needed. A strong background in pharma and IBP is required.

Qualifications

• Must have English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations or GMP environments.
• Solid understanding of IBP and integrated planning processes.
• Track record in leading cross-functional, international projects.
• Experience with portfolio management and project standardization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of new processes, flows and tools in Product Operations Planning.
• Improve processes to ensure transparency and alignment across orgs.
• Manage product portfolio changes and business-case tracking.
• Drive project management for launches, changes and discontinuations.
• Prepare monthly product planning review materials.
