Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for its Test & Learn analytics platform within the Services team. You will shape product strategy through user research and market insights, and translate insights into a data-driven roadmap to drive multi-million-dollar decisions.

You will work with UX, engineering and other PMs to deliver end-to-end features, measure impact, and iterate based on results. This role emphasizes collaboration, quick learning, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature development for Mastercard’s Test & Learn product, an analytic platform used to inform multi-million-dollar decisions.
• Develop product strategy derived from user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities.
• Translate understanding of users into an actionable roadmap; use research, market insights, and data to inform priorities.
• Define use cases, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact to inform future decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, engineers, and other product managers to deliver improvements.
