Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management within the Services team. You will own end-to-end product workstreams, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and client delivery to scale capabilities and drive AI-enabled experimentation.

You will influence roadmaps, enable go-to-market readiness, and mentor junior colleagues across regions. The role focuses on turning customer insights into scalable product solutions, supporting adoption and business outcomes across a global client

Qualifications

Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
Proven track record delivering product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable plans.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS products.
Understanding of how product decisions impact customer adoption and growth.
Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product workstreams using research, insights, and data to inform roadmaps.
Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery to deliver scalable capabilities.
Support platform enhancements and new AI-driven experimentation capabilities.
Provide guidance on product capabilities and roadmap direction to regional teams.
Help define product positioning, sales enablement materials, and launch plans.
Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and accountability.
