Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for the Business Experimentation & Optimization team. In this role you will lead product workstreams, translate insight into roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, sales and client delivery to scale experimentation capabilities worldwide.

You will apply data-driven methods and AI-enabled improvements to enhance SaaS offerings for issuers, acquirers and merchants, while coaching peers and shaping market-ready solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS.
• Understanding of how product decisions impact customer adoption and growth.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with analytics, experimentation, SaaS or Retail & Commerce merchants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams using research and data to inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing and client delivery to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Support platform enhancements and AI-powered experimentation initiatives.
• Serve as trusted partner for regional teams on capabilities and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness with positioning and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members fostering collaboration and accountability.
