Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to translate customer needs and business priorities into roadmaps.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their use in SaaS or commerce.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product workstreams using research, data and feedback to shape the roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing and regional teams to enable adoption.
Support platform enhancements and new capabilities leveraging AI for experimentation and value.
Provide guidance on product capabilities, use cases, and prioritisation to regional teams.
Contribute to go-to-market readiness with positioning and launch plans.
Mentor junior team members and promote cross-functional collaboration.
