We are partnering with an established financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Insurance Product Manager who will play a central role in developing and launching a new insurance proposition.
This is a genuine rare opportunity to help shape and launch a new insurance proposition within an established financial services environment. You will get the opportunity to shape a product from an early stage-contributing to its commercial proposition, development, operating model and successful launch before taking ownership of its ongoing performance.
You will have significant visibility across the organisation, exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to influence the product, customer experience and commercial direction from an early stage.
Working across Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Technology, Change and Compliance, you will provide the insurance expertise needed to bring a new proposition successfully to market.
Key responsibilities will include:
You will combine strong insurance knowledge with the commercial judgement and product capability required to build and launch something new.
The ideal candidate will have:
Motor insurance experience would be particularly relevant. However, candidates with strong consumer product experience across areas such as home, travel, life, health, pet or creditor insurance are also encouraged to apply.
We would also consider an ambitious candidate whose current title may not be Product Manager, provided they can demonstrate meaningful involvement in product development, proposition design, commercial decision-making and insurance launches.
